That apparently Bible code reveals that Pakistan's nuclear weapon, but that orders to attack will come from Al-Qaeda in Yemen. The Bible Code apparently points Osama Bin Laden has left Afghanistan and that his office is in Yemen. Although the Bible does not say the exact location of Bin Laden (how convenient), the Bible Codes suggest is in Yemen.

In short: it is highly unlikely. A stray bullet or a shot in the air can cause a painful injury to the recipient of the bullet, hardly mortal. Endanger the health of others to satisfy a desire to make loud noises changuil at will is not enough excuse to fire into the air.
